Boo! It’s October, which means it’s the spooky month (geddit geddit) 👻 I’ve just finished scrubbing my room and my bathroom and let me just tell you, the satisfaction and happiness that I feel right now is out of this world. Everything is squeaky clean!

Thank you soo so much you guys 😭 To those who still check on the website when I was in a hiatus. And also all of those who left me wonderful comments and private messages (yes, you too Hana ❤️) — you have no idea how much the texts made my days and nudged me to getting myself together and write again.

I planned to write consistently after I finished my first professional exam in July, however, well…life happened. I couldn’t get myself to typing because it’d mean that I had to process what’s going on hahaha 😛 But all good now. I guess this is a part of growing up. It’s not that everything is rainbows and unicorns. It’s finding the happiness and contentment despite where life puts you in. 😊

Sooo as usual, A LOT has happened. I don’t feel like updating everything in this post but maybe later in the coming entries. Let’s just hope I don’t fall into a slump again haha. Hmmm… I’m thinking of what to tell you guys in this one… *scrolling down my photos*

Oh! A few months ago, I went to check out Breakfast Thieves at APW Bangsar. I went there with Stefan and Farah, and guys, I didn’t realise that it was just opposite of Floristika! I’ve always wondered where the people take pictures of the cement stairs that I see a lot on Instagram. I go to Floristika often to buy fresh flowers, and I even parked in front of APW Bangsar a couple of times. What a surprise!

Okay let me be honest. Usually when I go to these brunches, I try to lower my expectations on the food because all too often the food and drinks in these places are a bit disappointing. I think my last good brunch was Huckleberry. Soo I was surprised on how well the brunch was that day! I couldn’t finished the food because the portion was quite big for me.

Farah made a point that both of us should just share a meal the next time we brunch since so far, we couldn’t finish whatever we ordered properly. I forgot what we ate, but I’ll insert pictures of us throughout this write up. Overall, I love the place. It’s best if you go there on weekdays, as there would be less people and you can take your time enjoying your food and coffee.
