I always get questions from friends asking if I’m wearing false lashes when I’m not so I figured I’ll write a post about my current favourite mascara combo. 😊 For everyday mascara, I used just about any drugstore mascara that I currently have until it finishes. Then I’ll try out a different drugstore mascara.

If I’m feeling a lil’ bit fancy, I’ll use the Tarteist Pro Lash Paint Mascara with Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara. I layer the non-waterproof mascara with the waterproof one because I have oily lids, and I find that this combination doesn’t smudge or flake at all! However, I have to warn you though — the Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara is veryyyy difficult to remove with just micellar water AND any water-based cleanser (well, it’s called waterproof for a reason 😛). So, you’ll need an oil-based cleanser to remove the mascara. Other than that, I’m in love with this combo and I’ll definitely buy the mascaras again when they run out. ❤️
