As cheesy as it may sound (we know I don’t do cheesy 😝), know that when you feel you’ve hit rock bottom, the only place you can go from there is up. Keep going… It’s going to get better. Keep working hard. Stay determined to push past the rocks and make your way up to the top. 🎀


This is more or less what my GP back in uni told me. I’d be very grateful if one day I could be half as attentive of a doctor like how she was to me when I was her patient. She’s the one who encourages me to write about mental health, mental illness and how the stigma still exists especially among the people of the medical profession. 😊
